Moving In & Out

Are there any additional move-in fees I should plan for?

Yes, standard apartment move-in fees at The Mae on Cascade include a $28.75 application fee, a $200 administrative fee, a $500 security deposit, and a $20 amenity fee. If you have a pet, there’s also a $35 pet fee. The first month’s rent is prorated based on your move-in date.

Who can I contact for support on the day I move in?

If you need help on move-in day, simply contact our leasing office for assistance! The Mae on Cascade team will be available to make your move as seamless as possible. We also recommend preparing an apartment move-in checklist and coordinating with the leasing office in advance for a smooth transition.

Is weekend move-in an option?

Yes, The Mae on Cascade allows weekend move-ins on Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Be sure to confirm timing with the leasing office, so they are available to help you should any questions arise.

How much notice do I need to provide before move out?

Residents are required to provide 60 days’ notice to the leasing office before moving out. This allows us to ensure a seamless transition for both you and future residents who will call The Mae home. A member of our team will be in contact with you toward the end of your lease term to discuss next steps in more detail.

When is rent typically due, and what are the accepted payment options?

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. For your convenience, payments can be made securely through our Resident Portal, where you can easily set up one-time or recurring payments.
